Risk Assessments
Our comprehensive and detailed Legionella risk assessments ensure the safety of your site and team. Our risk assessors work with you to understand your site, surveying all areas of your buildings and identifying any Legionella risks and non-conformities, we then establish a suitable remedial action plan and ongoing control regime. Our Legionella risk assessments meet the highest standards set by the HSE ACoP L8 - HSG 274 and comply with the latest British Standard (BS:8580). The Immerse Legionella risk assessment is the foundation to ensuring your continued compliance.
Monitoring
Immerse Water can fully manage and maintain all of your ongoing Legionella monitoring ensuring you maintain compliance at all times. These tasks are designed specifically to prevent any Legionella growth within your water systems, stopping any potential outbreaks before they happen, as opposed to taking reactive measures after any incident. We work smart, with smart technology so you can track all of your monitoring live through the Immerse Portal. All of your compliance and monitoring documents are stored in the cloud and can be accessed at any time.
Remedial Works
On completion of your Legionella risk assessment, it is vitally important to address and put right any risk areas. We will consult with you and make recommendations for modifications and renovations needed to ensure a safe, healthy and compliant water system. Immerse Water work with a focused and competent team of technicians and water engineers, ensuring all remedial works are completed to the highest standards. Our dedicated team can provide a wide range of remedial solutions including but not limited to water tank cleaning and disinfection, water tank replacement, water tank relining, insulation work and pipe work modifications.
Microbiological Sampling
The HSE ACoP L8 state that periodic Legionella samples should be taken from your water systems to ensure the efficacy of the ongoing Legionella control regime. At Immerse Water, our Legionella and other microbiological samples are tested by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure full transparency, integrity and consistency at all times. Immerse Water offer a wide range of microbiological and critical analysis tests including Legionella analysis, TACC, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Coliforms and E.coli.
Record Keeping
Documenting your processes, remedial works and ongoing monitoring is vitally important to prove full compliance. Immerse Water supply written documentation which we file into your WaterSafe Risk Assessment. After each service visit so a hard copy is always accessible on site. We also provide PDF copies which are available for download, anytime via the ImmerseHub.
